Non-Archimedean Polish groups form a class of non-locally compact groups that act on a countable set. The dynamical properties of those groups have been extensively studied over the last two decades and we have seen appear some peculiar behaviors in those groups. In this talk, I intend to present one such behavior, the de Finetti property, and how it can be used to classify the factors of (a generalization of) Bernoulli shifts of some discrete groups. The talk should be rather self contained and requires no previous knowledge of non-Archimedean Polish groups.
