Meeting in extraordinary session on Friday, October 10, 2025, the Laboratory Council of the LMO unanimously adopted the following motion:

The Laboratory Council of the Orsay Mathematics Laboratory, in light of:

— the departures of administrative staff since 2022, which have not been replaced by the CNRS and not compensated for by the University of Paris-Saclay,

— the HCERES report of June 2025, which notes the critical lack of resources in the LMO's administrative department,

— the daily experience of everyone in the laboratory,

requests that the supervisory bodies fulfill their obligations to resolve these issues and fully supports the management team in its current requests to the INSMI and the University of Paris-Saclay.
